REGISTRATION
Entries are still available for the Pearland Half Marathon & 10K distance. However, the Half Marathon is expected to sell out – so act fast! Our cap for both races is 1,600. You can find the latest news and updates about registration sellouts on the Pearland Half Marathon Facebook page and website: www.runpearland.com.
PARKING
FREE parking is available at Pearland High School. Access to the parking lot will only be available off Highway 35. Please note road closures will begin at 6:00am and participants/spectators will be rerouted. Please plan accordingly when making your travel plans to the event on race morning. Be sure to check our website for the downloadable parking map at: www.runpearland.com/parking.

Race Start location is on Oiler Drive directly in front of “The Rig”. Race will be rain or shine. Strollers are not allowed in the Half Marathon distance. Dogs are strictly prohibited in both events.
PACERS
The following pace groups available for the half marathon:
1:40, 1:50, 2:00, 2:20, 2:30, 2:40, 2:50, 3:00 & 3:30. Please look for their yellow & black signs.
COURSE LIMIT
The course has a very strict 4-hour time limit. You must maintain a 18:32 pace in order to finish the half marathon within the 4-hour time limit. If you are behind the 18:32 pace by mile 10, you will be asked to move to the sidewalks by the Pearland Police Officers and event services to you will be limited, if not completely removed at that time. There is NO guarantee of road safety if you fall behind the time limit.
LIVE TRACKING & RESULTS
Live tracking is available for all participants at https://track.rtrt.me/e/RRS-PEARLANDHALF-2019.
Live results will be available under the results tent in post-race or at www.mychiptime.com.
HYDRATION STATIONS
There are 8 hydration stations along the course – this equates to roughly every 1.5 miles. Water and electrolytes will be served at each station. PLEASE THROW YOUR EMPTY CUPS INTO THE TRASH CANS PROVIDED AT EACH STATION.
Each hydration station will also have a port-a-can.
POST-RACE
PLEASE NOTE: Post-race food is for participants only. We are so appreciative of the support we have received from our Food & Beverage Sponsors!
SHOE DONATION
Please bring your old running shoes and drop them off at the Wild Pear Running tent. Donated shoes will be shipped off to the Max Cure Foundation in conjunction with Dunk Your Kicks!
HALF MARATHON MERCHANDISE
Stop by the Wild Pear Running tent to purchase a Pearland Half Marathon stainless water bottle or coffee tumbler!

On March 24, 2019, runners & walkers from our area, will participant in the Inaugural Pearland Half Marathon. The start and finish will take place at Pearland High School and courses will run through the City of Pearland neighborhoods, with a fun loop around the NEW Trail at John Hargrove Environmental Complex. Hydration stations will be at approximately every mile with water and electrolytes. Half marathon and 10K participants will receive a commemorative participant shirt and finisher medal! See you at the start line!
