2023 Refund Policy
Refund/Cancellations
Cancellations will be honored if you have registered by 11:59PM on February 21, 2023. A 50% refund will be given, less the processing fees. Cancellation must be requested via email at support@irunproductions.com on or before February 21, 2023. There will be no refunds provided after February 21, 2023.
We reserve the right to cancel the event should a circumstance (such as severe weather, COVID-19 concerns) put the safety of participants at risk.
Deferrals
You have the option to defer your registration for 1 calendar year, for any reason. Deferral requests must be made on or before the deadline of 11:59pm on March 10, 2023, in order to be eligible to defer. Requests after this deadline will be considered but not guarenteed.
Refunds will ONLY be granted if we have to cancel the event due to the ongoing COVID-19 concerns.
