Participant Cancellation Options (cancellation by you)
Available to participants should the live event take place, but participants are unable to or choose not to participate.

• Deferred race entry to a future date (not to exceed 12mos) this request must be made 2 weeks in advance, deadline of 11:59 pm on February 19th, 2025, in order to be eligible to defer. Requests after this deadline will be considered but are not guaranteed. 
• Entry Cancellation (non-refundable)

Accommodations are available to participants should the live event be relocated/held virtually/canceled.
